Grief counselling will help you to reduce anxiety, guilt & depression, understand your unique grieving process, remind you that there are different ways of grieving, remember without trauma, understand that grief can be caused by different kinds of loss, and how to practice better self-care.

Family counselling focuses on addressing specific issues such as marital/relationship or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.

Family therapy can be useful in any family situation that causes stress, grief, anger or conflict. I can help you and your family members understand one another better, improve communication, and nurture healthier relationships.
